About this event
The second cohort of the HER WAKA series continues with a session focused on building confidence, celebrating achievements, and exploring practical AI tools.
We will begin with #IAmRemarkable, a global movement that encourages everyone, especially those from underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements and challenge the stigma around self-promotion. In this engaging 50-minute workshop, She Sharp Founder and Director Dr Mahsa McCauley (Mohaghegh) will guide participants through practical exercises to help recognise achievements, own your story, and confidently share your impact.
We will also introduce Vibe Coding, showing how anyone, even without a technical background, can use free AI tools to build and launch their own personal website through simple, natural conversations with AI.
As with the first cohort, RCSA will also be joining this session to share valuable insights on the current job market and support participants with practical job-seeking guidance.
HER WAKA is a dynamic, employment-focused programme delivered by SheSharp in Auckland for Ministry of Social Development clients who are ready to strengthen their pathway into work. Running monthly from March to June 2026, each session is a cohesive, repeatable event designed to build job readiness, confidence, and practical understanding of the New Zealand labour market.
