I'm delighted to share that our event at Kiwibank was a huge success! Learning how they help prepare the next generation for the changing world of emerging tech was inspiring.

We're also proud to launch our new website! We worked hard to refresh She Sharp with a brand that represents our community—intelligent, bold and passionate. You’ll be able to find all things She Sharp on our new site, including podcast episodes, photos from our events and how you can get involved as a volunteer.

If you couldn't join us at the last event, don't worry! Our next She Sharp event is approaching and promises to be amazing. In August, we’re hosting an event with Fonterra and a hackathon with AcademyEX. You can secure your ticket and join us for another great night of learning and connecting. We can't wait to see the innovative solutions from our community!

AI For the Environment Hackathon Festival with academyEX

Do you have a passion for saving the planet, starting in our backyard? The problems this year are based on five key environmental outcomes, with use cases from NGOs and citizen science groups. That means real problems to solve that are relevant to each location.

‍You will learn many new skills, meet like-minded peers, and network with sponsors and mentors. At the end of the hackathon you and your team demonstrate your project in front of a judging panel.
